AI-Driven Spatiotemporal Earth Observation Forecasting Engine

Trained on 20 years of satellite observations (2000–2019) with rigorous out-of-sample temporal holdout testing (2023–2025). Employs Spatiotemporal Transformers (ST-Transformer) and Deep LSTM sequence models to generate rolling 6-month forward forecasts with 95% Prediction Intervals for Land Surface Temperature, GSMaP Precipitation, NDVI, and Coastal SST across all 27 Egyptian Governorates.
